  • Move valuables to safe deposit box to prevent loss during move.
  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.
  • If professional mover is packing your goods, schedule packing day(s) 1 or 2 days before move.
  • Prepare any mowers, snow blowers, boats, snowmobiles (or other vehicles you won't be using before the move) for the move by servicing and draining gas and oil, to prevent a moving van fire.

What my clients are saying

I have used Debbie Hudson for a few real estate transactions beginning 23 years ago with the purchase of my first home. This sale was like all the previous... perfect. Debbie is wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, happy to answer all questions, and great at explaining complex issues. Debbie also has a great relationship with contractors and title companies, making those interactions seamless. I have trusted her advice regarding repairs, inspections, market timing, sale price, etc, and she has been correct every time. Debbie is a perfect combination of professional and personal. In addition to her amazing skills and efforts as a realtor, Debbie is kind and compassionate and sweet and she truly cares about people. This transaction was difficult as my mother who owned the house passed away just after the process began. Debbie was thoughtful and supportive and went above and beyond her duties to help make it a smooth process. I have, and I will continue to recommend Debbie.

There is no one other than Debbie Hudson who goes the extra mile in every step of selling or buying a home. Debbie's integrity, professionalism, consistency, thoroughness, and kindness is an experience you will never forget. Every step of the way, Debbie explained each and every question or concern that I had. It was such a pleasure working with her. If you want to avoid any kind of headaches or stress when purchasing or selling a home, contact Debbie, as she will make your home dreams come true. Thank you so much Debbie for everything you provided and delivered so flawlessly.

~ LORETTA

I can't say enough here about how Debbie went above and beyond in helping us get our home - our mother's home - ready to list. Her professionalism and advice was invaluable!

~ DAVE AND MIDGE

Debbie was a pro at reading the market. She was encouraging and supportive. She always gave advice as to how to make our house more marketable. She is a very caring and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend her.

~ PAMELA

Debbie Hudson was a wonderful, honest and caring realtor Who assisted us in selling our parent home. She was a positive support throughout this process. I highly recommend Debbie as a professional who will get the job done. Thank you Debbie for your dedicated hard work.

~ HAPPY

We moved before listing so for us the selling experience was quite tense as we were worried about the house being damaged by vandals or homeless since it was vacant. Debbie did a great job of making sure our property was kept in top show condition and getting us a good price. In fact, the sale price ended up $5,500 over listing.

~ PAUL AND TRUDY

Debbie was professional and her attention to detail is outstanding. She knows the ABQ market very well. She did an outstanding job representing me as the buyer. She insists on inspections and insists that repairs are made by licensed contractors. I truly appreciate her looking out for me.

~ DEB

Debbie sold my property in less than week. Other properties where already on the market on my street. My neighbors and I were amazed. We got very close to list price. She did a fabulous job negotiating the repairs with the selling agent. She recommended tradesmen and arranged for their services. She even did some of the repairs herself. She goes above and beyond the job of Realtor. Her four decades of experience really show. I don't believe you can find a better Broker than Debbie Hudson in Albuquerque or any city for that matter.

~ DAN

Debbie Hudson is phenomenal! I had been dealing with health issues and needed to move up north to be closer to family. I reached out to her when I decided to sell my home because of her stellar reputation in our area. Debbie was organized, proactive and professional. She guided me in preparing my home prior to selling which made the process smooth and stress free. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in real estate and patiently answered all of my questions. I was hesitant to move before selling, but Debbie did a fabulous job of keeping me in the loop through the entire process. The home sold in one day for over asking price! Debbie did an excellent job and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in Albuquerque.

~ DAVID

Debbie is one of the most professional people I've ever worked with...on MANY levels and in many professions. She's calm, cool, and collected in all situations and extremely knowledgeable about all real estate factions. I moved here from Seattle and knew nothing about the available real estate, which she knew everything. She drove me all over the desirable areas, giving me an honest opinion on each property when asked. Always punctual...if going to be late, she always called. I would rate her a 100 if that number was available! Too bad we can't clone her as she would be a tremendous asset to ANY organization, real estate or not. She was with me every step of the way, no matter what and worked with me over the phone starting last October through May when I finally was able to move to Albuquerque and immediately set up appointments for showings. She's the best!

~ KATHY

Debbie Hudson has sold a total of 3 properties for us in the span of 7 yrs., and always came through with flying colors. She is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. We so value her expertise, and courtesy.

~ JAMES AND VALERIE

Debbie is experienced, professional, friendly, quite knowledgeable, and above all, genuinely has my best interests at heart. I would work with Debbie again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a calm, successful real estate experience. I trust her completely after working with her.

~ LYLE

I can't recommend Debbie Hudson enough. I call her our family realtor; she has sold 3 homes with us and helped us purchase 2 others. For our last sale, a home I inherited from my parents she went of her way to make sure we had a timeline to follow and guided us through the necessary repairs / contractors needed for our home sale. She is very professional and made the whole process easy for us! I would not hesitate to call on her again when the time comes for other real estate matters!

~ CHARLES AND KAREN

Over the past 25 years I have bought, or sold, four homes with Debbie. Each transaction went very smoothly due to Debbie's professionalism, knowledge of the market, and attention to detail. During these years I have recommended Debbie to friends and family which have resulted in successful transactions and satisfied customers for all parties involved. I can't recommend Debbie Hudson Real Estate Inc. highly enough, and know that Debbie is always reliable whether you are a past, or current client.

~ JAMES

Debbie is a wonderful realtor who is kind and thoughtful in the selling of our parents home. I recommend her highly for her honesty and professionalism.

~ JAN

Besides selling my house Debbie helped me find a house just like what I wanted. She takes note of what you are looking for and works hard to find it for you. She goes out of her way to make buying or selling as easy and stress free as possible. I would recommend her for she is very professional and very good at her job.
